John Clay, DDS
Dr. Clay graduated from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2003. He then moved to Fort Dodge where Dr. Clay bought a practice and has served the community ever since. He has three children and is proud to call Fort Dodge his home.
Dr. Clay is a long time member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, and is former president of the Fort Dodge Regional Dental District. Community involvement is important to Dr. Clay as he believes in the philosophy of “you get out what you put in.” He has volunteered numerous years for the “Give Kids a Smile” program that provides underprivileged children with free dental care. He is also a volunteer at Iowa Central Community College as an overseeing Dentist in their Dental Hygiene Program.
Tyler Wallingford, DDS
Dr. Tyler Wallingford is an Atlantic, Iowa native where his family still resides. Since graduating in 2017 from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry, Dr. Wallingford has been practicing for the last year at the Family Dental Center located in Atlantic. His educational background also includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Athletic Training from Central College where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and a Master of Science - Clinical Anatomy where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Dr. Wallingford will be seeing patients and welcomes new patients to contact Clay and Associates DDS, PLC to schedule their next dental appointment with him. He will be providing dental care for the entire family. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Community engagement and volunteer activities have been an important part of Dr. Wallingford’s dental experience. Volunteering for the Red Bird Mission, Care and Share House, Phillips Cupboard, Habitat for Humanity, Project Sealed, Summer Pre-dental Academy, Iowa Mission of Mercy (IMOM) and Kids Against Hunger are just a few of the projects he has assisted on organizing along with actively working.
Nadeen Altaie, DDS
Dr. Altaie attended Drake University graduating with a degree in Biology and then attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry where she graduated with the Class of 2020. She is a member of the Iowa Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Altaie enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two children. You can find them biking, fishing, swimming and some days just spending the day watching Netflix.
Fort Dodge has been my home for my entire life. I joined Clay and Associates DDS, PLC over a year ago assisting with the front office and insurance for our patients.
I live here in Fort Dodge with my fiancé and our 2 cats, Dexi and Tootsie.
I have been with Clay & Associates DDS, PLC for over 10 years as the Office Manager. Humboldt is my hometown where I reside with my husband, Jeff and our furry friends Jax and Gema.
We have 3 kids Jason and his wife Courtney, Amanda and her husband Alex and Taylor and her husband Adam.
I can never say no to a vacation to Jamaica. When I am in Iowa I enjoy reading and gardening.
I graduated from Iowa State University and have lived in Fort Dodge since 2003. In my free time I love running and reading.
I live in Fort Dodge with my husband Jeff and our kids Neleigh and Hayden. We have two dogs: Zoey and Bella.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy crafting, camping, and spending time with my friends and family. One thing that no one knows about me is I hate the rain.
I live on an acreage with my husband, Lance and our 12 year old son, Deegan. We have 5 dogs, 4 horses, and farm cats.
I enjoy hunting, fishing, and riding my horses. The best part of my job is interacting with the patients.
I was born and raised in Fort Dodge, Iowa and graduated from the Dental Assistant Program at Iowa Central Community College in 1984. I have practiced as a Dental Assistant for over 35 years and 15 of those have been at Clay and Associates DDS, PLC. My hobbies include family, making glass flowers, gardening, and spending time with my dog, Duke.
Before coming to Fort Dodge, I grew up in Kentucky and moved here in 2012. I am a Navy Veteran serving 1996-2000 and then attended Kee Business College in Chesapeake, VA graduating in 2002. The last 17 years, I have worked at dental clinics.
Today I live with my husband, 2 children and our dog, Roxy. My spare time is spent sewing, crafts, cooking and camping with my family.
I just recently moved to Fort Dodge with my boyfriend after growing up in Okoboji. That is where I attended the Dental Assisting training at Western Iowa Tech. Today I am a Dental Assistant at Clay and Associates DDS, PLC.
Our Fort Dodge home is shared with our two cats, Myra and Derp.
I attended the Dental Hygiene program at Iowa Central Community College and enjoy caring for the patients at Clay and Associates DDS, PLC.
I live in Fort Dodge with my boyfriend, James, and our little boy Urban. We have two bulldogs, tank and tizzy, and a doberman named dutch. I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with friends and family at the lake.
I originally grew up in the Humboldt area and after graduating from dental hygiene school at DMACC, my husband and I decided to move to Fort Dodge. We have one furry child named Ruby Blu, who is a constant ball of energy but so very sweet!
I really enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and going on long walks with our beautiful pup.
I grew up in Fort Dodge, Iowa and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 2007. I completed Dental Hygiene School from Iowa Central Community College and married my long-time boyfriend, Austin, in 2011. Our family includes children Andrew and Lilly and our furry family member, Layla. We live in Badger, Iowa and enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
After graduating from Fort Dodge Senior High School, I completed the Dental Hygiene program at Iowa Central Community College. Working with the patients at Clay and Associates DDS, PLC is so rewarding.
I enjoy hobbies that include working out, traveling, walking and playing with my dog, Bo. Times hanging out with my boyfriend, family and friends are always great.
